- Convert Adobe Illustrator .st0/.st1 classes to inline styles
- Prefix all IDs (defs, clipPaths) with icon name to avoid conflicts
- Fix clip-path references in both attributes and inline styles
- Keep defs/clipPaths intact for proper rendering
